i always wondered what makes my piano teacher extend my classes automatically.
not 5 mins, not 10 mins....but sometimes a WHOOPING 30 mins.
and i still pay for a one hour class.

today, i understood.
piano exam season now. so, my aunt asked me to listen to d pieces of her grade 6 student.
i ended up listening and teaching and talking for 30 mins.
cud have went back earlier since my students din come, and my dad was already waiting.

time seriously FLEW without me realising.
i stayed voluntarily, cos i wanted her to deliver 'that' msg to the listener.
things became fun as she began to produce that sorta music. i really enjoyed it =)
but its cool on how im willing to sacrifice my time to help her, i nvr knew i would!
(without pay, but good music in return) =D

now i really long to touch the souls of the audience.
i miss being on stage.
yes, my probably last piano recital, falls on the 6th of dec.
10 days after coming back from hk. that means...10 days of intensive practices.

im performing chopin scherzo,
finally.

im thinking about playing 'variations on twinkle, twinkle, little star' by mozart cos i love that piece, and i think it would be fun to share it with others. not many have heard that piece. but that means, double the practice time, double the stress =/ should i?
