i guess i better update before it piles up again lol.
2nd day in Hong Kong.
waking up in HK makes u feel tired and lazy cos u'll feel lazy to go through d rush. HEH.
woke up around 10-ish and breakfast was dimsum! =D

pakai baju semua. i heart d weather there....so cold. good for skin. NO MAKEUP AT ALL (not that i put always). ini picture tulen. all d rest oso tulen. no eyeliner, no concealer. WHEE!

ready to go! i was holding a map lol. HK's map is a lil hard to learn compared to macau.
roads were LONGER (like 5x) and more complicated.
walked to mongkok MTR to meet up with my aunt's friend. he's malaysian but working in hongkong as an auditor with Ernst and Young. i wanna work with EY too, or pricewaterhouse but my aunt say quite hectic working with them =S

this is mongkok MTR. the stream of ppl never ends. like NEVERR.
ppl walk so fast. so many ppl. omg. headache.

this is my handy MTR guide. we took d train to Admiralty station.

dimsum place. its like sum restaurant. forgot to check name.

awesome siu mai. dim sum tastes different in hk. BIGGER and BETTER.

more dimsum. we ordered alot but i din take many pics. nanti my aunt's friend think im a jakun from forest nvr eat dimsum b4.

SUPER NICE DESSERT. I LIKE.
btw, their char siew pau is frigging delicious. im not exactly a crazy fan of char siew pau but i ate 3! shows how nice it was.

tau foo far with sum weird sugar. i dun like.
i think d bill went quite high. but fear not. hehehehehe.
after eating, we went up to victoria's peak.
walked all d way from admiralty to central then to victoria's peak.
my aunt's friend, denis walks SUPER FAST. his girlfriend too (she's from Spore working in EY too, eeks). i was wearing boots with heels. feel my pain.

the minimum HKD10mill apartments on victoria peak

many ppl walking around.

the peak tram! yes, we needa take a tram up to the peak.
2nd tram experience. 1st in penang lol.

oh, these are trams (the bus kind). works using cables. lol!

sample display @ d peak tram. madame tussauds waxes! that visit will have a blog post on its own. too.many. pics.

while waiting for the tram.
we managed to get cheap combo tix for d tram and madame tussaud wax museum. good ah =)

the HK tram is faster and cooler than the one in penang! it has aircond system lol. faster? DUH, its HK. oh, its STEEPER too. seats are nice. very organised too....they'll only open d door at d other side after every1 from d previous trip has gotten out.

view from the tram.
transported safely.

the peak tower! that's the highest point up there. the observation deck.
however, no time to kunjung =( needa pay too.

dogs up there!! ARE SO CUTE.

the alternative to peak tower.

free view from where i was standing.

and this too. ah, too civilised.

more free sights. lol.

staying on top of a hill would be but its gonna be a real hassel.
it wasnt really cold that day. hotter than macau, even on top.
according to locals, the freezing weather occured last week, when the monsoon hit HK (was in macau that time).
me, sis and aunt went into madame tussauds wax museum while denis + gf chilled out at pacific coffee (as famous as starbucks). u can see it almost everywhere. no coffee bean or san fran though.
it was dark after wax museum.

while waiting for the tram. quite pretty rite. they have a daily light show that u can watch from avenue of stars =) FOC!

reached the bottom and we started walking...and walking....and walking....

i forgot wat was this building called. hmm...
continued walking......

we pass PRADA.

LV.

pass by ifc mall. the tallest building in hk. International Financial Centre. they have IFC1, IFC2 and IFC mall in d middle =)

pretty.

found ourselves at the ferry terminal to cross over from hongkong island to the kowloon side.
oh did u noe that the MTR goes UNDERWATER to connect hk island and kowloon?
AWESOME I TELL U. why wont malaysia learn?

circle of breast friends.

ferry ride! very spacious =)

you get to see the whole of hk island's skyscrapers from the ferry!

tada!

pretty lights.

the kowloon side.
arrived at Tsim Sha Tsui (TST), another place for high end goods.

Chanel.
and u'll see Esprit, Prada, LV, and Chow Tai Fook(jewellery shop) all repeating themselves.
smth abt hk, they have more than one of the same store on the same STREET.
shows how long their streets are.

took a minibus to mongkok cos our legs were DYING.
minibuses are scary. u'll need to scream to the driver when u're near ur destination.
''kor tou teng lah si kei!''.
wth, my canton so lapuk. how can i take a bus on my on?? its not like i'll noe it when i reach rite....

WOW. WAT A QUEUE. wait....we were suppose to join that queue too!

sum mat salleh came by and asked , ''heyy what are all of u queuing for??'' *looks curious*
me : oh, for food *laughs*
mat salleh : SOOO ITS FOR FOOD HUH? well, good luck queuing then! and enjoy ur food! *laughs*
he found it hilarious.
i found it crazy.
remember boots?
my feet was hurting like mad and my shoes started to turn wet.
i became darn paranoid and tot that my toes were bleeding or smth.
yes, it was THAT bad.

the culpirit.
d wait became more bearable with the presence of cute hk dudes. there was one in front of me. LOL! i stole frequent glances at him and HE DID THE SAME TOO OMG. BLISS.

claims to have one of the best claypot dish around.

after 1 hr and 15 mins of WAITING.
